PrestaShop store maintenance

What does maintenance include?

Comprehensive care for the store — from monitoring to ongoing modifications.

24/7 monitoring

We check your store's availability automatically every 5 minutes, and the key pages (category, product, cart) every 15 minutes. We detect recovery after an outage within a minute, and we react immediately when something goes wrong.

  • Availability checked every 5 minutes
  • 65 items on the checklist — across six areas of the store
  • E-mail alerts, verified by a developer
  • Availability report (uptime)

Security

We install security patches, monitor threats and keep the SSL certificate up to date.

  • PS security patches
  • Threat monitoring
  • SSL certificate

Performance

We monitor loading speed and optimize the store. Cache, database, logs — everything under control.

  • PageSpeed monitoring
  • Cache and log cleanup
  • Database optimization

Technical support

A dedicated account manager who knows your store. Fast help with module, configuration and error issues.

  • Priority handling of requests
  • Help with modules and theme
  • Technical consulting

Minor modifications

Ongoing visual fixes, configuration changes, small features — within the hours package.

  • CSS and layout fixes
  • Configuration changes
  • Minor feature extensions

Client panel

Tickets, statuses, hours used and invoices in one place. Every month you get a report on the state of your store and the work done.

  • Panel with your store's status
  • History of tickets and work
  • Monthly report

Beyond the packages

When you do not need a fixed pool of hours, or you need more than the packages provide.

Monitoring and supervision

399 zł net / month

No developer hours. Availability checked every 5 minutes, an agent in the store, AI analysis every 4 hours, supervision of SSL, domain and mail, plus a monthly report. Every report is verified by a developer, who also quotes the fix.

In care plans from 10 hours — 299 PLN instead of 399 PLN, and in the Premium plan from 30 hours — 199 PLN.

One-off help

150 zł/h net, no plan and no contract

Something stopped working and you need help right away, without a standing contract? We diagnose the failure, fix errors after an update and clean up after a hack. We bill the time actually worked at 150 PLN net per hour, always after a quote you approve.

If problems keep coming back, a care plan works out cheaper — an hour then costs 130 PLN.

Custom Care

Need more than 30 hours a month? You choose the size of the pool — 40 hours, for example, is 5,200 PLN net. Top priority, continuous developer care, larger integrations, technical reviews and a response within 2 business hours.

How to get started?

Switching to ongoing care is a simple process.

1

Contact

Write to us. Tell us about your store and needs. We will select the right package.

2

Free audit

We review the store, server configuration and modules. We identify urgent issues.

3

Monitoring setup

We set up monitoring and alerts. Your store is protected from day one.

4

Ongoing care

Monthly care: monitoring, updates, support and a report of the work performed.

Ticket → analysis → deployment

You report issues in the same panel where you watch the monitoring. No emails lost in an inbox and no asking "where does this stand".

1

Request

You describe the issue in the panel and attach screenshots. It reaches us together with the current state of the store from monitoring — you do not have to explain what is going on.

2

Analysis and quote

A developer looks at your ticket, not a bot. Small things up to 30 minutes are done right away from your package. Larger work gets a quote in hours — you approve it before we start.

3

Deployment

Development, testing, deployment to the store. You follow the status live — from "New", through "In progress" and "In testing", to "Done" — with the hours used from your package next to it.

Priority is set by the store, not by a form

There is no "very urgent" checkbox that everyone ticks anyway. Your place in the queue depends on what a delay actually costs: a fault where the money stops — cart, payments, placing an order — goes ahead of a visual tweak. Every ticket shows its priority and the reason behind it, so you always know why your request sits where it does.

Tickets, work history, reports and invoices in a single panel
We do not start work without an approved quote
Small tasks up to 30 minutes — done right away, no quote needed
Full history of messages and attachments for every ticket

Frequently asked questions

Everything worth knowing before we start working together.

Will you take over a store you didn't build?

Yes — most stores under our care were built by someone else. We start with an initial audit: we review the configuration, modules and server, note the existing problems, and from that moment the store has a permanent caretaker who knows it inside out.

What happens to unused hours?

Hours do not roll over to the next month — that is why we help you match the package size to real needs, and you can move up or down at any time. If 10 hours is more than you need, take monitoring alone and pay for fixes only when they are needed.

Do updates use up plan hours?

Minor PrestaShop and module updates are covered by the hours in your package. Monitoring and standby readiness do not consume those hours. Major version upgrades (e.g. from 1.7 to 9) are a separate project with an individual quote.

How quickly do you respond to outages?

Response time depends on the plan: 8 business hours in Standard, 6 in Growth, 4 in Premium and 2 in the Custom plan. Critical failures — store unavailable or sales blocked — always come first.

How do I report issues and how do I know where they stand?

Through the panel — the same one where you watch your store's monitoring — with a description, attachments and the full message history. Every ticket shows its status and priority together with the reason it was assigned. Small tasks up to 30 minutes are handled right away from your package; larger ones are first quoted in hours and wait for your approval. The hours used and the monthly work report are in the same place.

Do I have to move my store to your hosting?

No. We work on your current hosting and with your providers. If the hosting turns out to be the source of problems, we'll recommend a change — but the decision is always yours.

Which PrestaShop versions do you work with?

With all versions in common use — from 1.6, through 1.7 and 8.x, to the latest 9.x. For stores on older versions we recommend an upgrade plan, which we can carry out as a separate service.
